1. Cancellation Policy
Customers can request cancellations of services before the commencement of work or training programs.
For service-based projects, cancellation requests must be made within 7 days of placing the order or signing the contract, whichever is earlier.
For training programs, cancellations will be accepted up to 3 days prior to the start of the course.

2. Refund Policy
Refunds for service cancellations will be processed if the cancellation request is made before the commencement of work. The refund amount will be calculated after deducting any applicable processing fees and costs incurred up to the point of cancellation.
For training programs, refunds will be granted if a cancellation request is received at least 3 days before the course start date. Refunds for cancellations made after the program begins will not be provided.
In the case of project-based services, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if substantial work has already been completed.
Refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 working days from the date of approval, and the amount will be credited back to the original payment method.
3. Processing Fees
Any refunds will be subject to deduction of applicable processing fees imposed by payment gateways or financial institutions.
4. No Refunds for Completed Services
Once a service or project is completed or delivered, no refunds will be issued. This includes training programs where the full curriculum has been delivered.
5. Disputes
In the event of a dispute regarding the quality of service, NanoByte IT will investigate the matter, and if found valid, may issue a partial refund or offer to rectify the issues at no additional cost.
6. Payment Methods and Security
All payments are processed through secure payment gateways that comply with RBI guidelines. NanoByte IT does not store payment card details on its servers.
Refunds will only be processed through the same payment method used for the transaction. We do not offer refunds via cash, cheque, or any other alternative method.
